A registered nurse who under the direct supervision of Unit Coordinator, assist in supervising, planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the operation of an assigned nursing unit. Responsibilities include provision of proper nursing environment, maintenance of quality patient acre, compliance with physician orders, hospital policies and nursing standards. He/she is responsible for 12 hours accountability and spends 15f time in management. The patient population served primarily served is usually adolescence to geriatric. Participates in rotating call schedule.
