The purpose of this position is to plan, direct, supervise and coordinate functions in Finance including General Accounting, Financial Reporting, Grant Accounting and Tax Accounting. Responsible for establishing and maintaining an accounting system to meet Columbia St Mary’s needs and provide complete and accurate records of assets, liabilities, and financial transactions. Coordinating, reviewing and preparing reports and analyses necessary to reflect the financial position of the system. Responsible for insuring that the financial statements of Columbia St Mary’s are fairly stated, in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.
