Part-time laboratory assistant position in the Physical Therapy Assistant program. The incumbent will work with the course instructor to manage the laboratory environment and participate in program, school and college activities as required by the program director. Responsibilities may include documenting student participation during laboratory activities; instructing students in performing various treatment interventions and data collection which are indicative of the practice of physical therapy and within the scope of the responsibility of the PTA; assessing student performance on competency and practical assessments, identifying lab and linen supply needs, and preparing the laboratory for specific laboratory activities.
