Responsibilities:
• Manage the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of medical education activities under the leadership of the Director, Medical Education Development
• Provide expertise in measurement and evaluation, the consultation process, curriculum and instruction, adult learning theory, organizational systems theory and practice, and faculty development
Requirements:
• Master's degree in education or organizational development with expertise in measurement and evaluation, quality improvement, teaching and/or curriculum development required
• PhD/doctoral candidate preferred
• 5+ years' experience in healthcare or education
• 2 years' progressive project management experience
• Ability to perform research for presentation
• Experience teaching small and large groups
• Ability to facilitate change
