Responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of the Diagnostic Imaging Mammography Department/Evergreen Breast Center to assure the highest level of quality, in service of our patients' care and satisfaction, physician service and satisfaction and the department mission and purpose. Creates and builds positive relationships with customers and staff that utilize our collective expertise and technology in the most expeditious manner to accomplish a smooth efficient work flow throughout the department, accurately and on time. $28.82 - 43.23. Qualifications and Requirements Education Background · Graduate of an imaging technology program from an accredited school. · AA degree preferred; BS degree strongly desired. Special Training / Skills · Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing. · Ability to inspire a sense of team work in staff and deal successfully with difficult staff. · Ability to adapt thoughtfully to situations that are unpredictable. · Ability to deal successfully with difficult customers, including physicians, their office staffs and patients, using excellent interpersonal skills. · Ability to understand and trouble shoot complex issues and system or workflow processes. · Ability to do develop and execute successful annual operating budget. · Ability to direct complex process improvement projects and performs complex financial and data analysis and resource deployment. Work Experience · Three to five years clinical experience as an imaging technologist. · Previous management or supervisory experience in Diagnostic Imaging/Breast Imaging. License or Certification · Current ARRT, ARDMS registration/current State of Washington Registry/Certification or Registry eligible. · Current CPR Healthcare Provider certification by date of hire.
