Provides for adequate short-term and long-term staffing to provide patient care needs; participates in development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures; resolves conflicts; assists staff in problem solving; coordinates activities with other hospital departments; coordinates placement of patients and emergency surgeries; responds to and participates in emergencies; makes clinical rounds; maintains KRMC management standards. Requires current Arizona RN license; five years progressive nursing management experience; ACLS; CPR; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to handle stress, prioritize, and multi-task.
