High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. ADDITIONAL Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. BA/BS from a Physical Therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Pass nationally accredited American Physical Therapy Association board exam. Hold a current Wyoming Physical Therapy license and be in good standing with they Wyoming Board of Physical Therapy. Current Basic Life Support (BLS). Healthcare Provider.
