Polysomnographic Technician

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, performing comprehensive polysomnographic testing and analysis and associated interventions under the general oversight of a Lead Polysomnographic Technologist and/or the clinical director or designee. Responsibilities also include orienting patient to the sleep center, reviewing patient history, meds, procedure request, and study protocol, completing and verifying documentation, and performing CPAP mask fitting and titration of CPAP equipment. QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a Polysomnography training program or Registered Respiratory Therapist, BCLS certification required, ACLS certification and PALS certification preferred. SPECIAL Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills required.
