The RN advocates and utilizes the nursing process in the care of all age populations along the health continuum. The nursing process includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. The RN performs this process as part of the care team recognizing each person as important in the care of the patient/family. The RN facilitates this team approach by directing, supporting and teaching team members. The RN is unfailingly positive in job performance and promotes excellent care and service by all actions and words within the work place. Current Montana Registered Nursing license. Current Certified Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Other current certifications specific to unit requirements. ACLS and PALS required. TNCC or STN within 6 months of hire.
