The RN is responsible and accountable for the overall health status of patient including: assessment, evaluation, plan of care, monitoring, and reporting changes to providers. This also includes assisting and following provider's orders to insure competent care of the patients. The RN may delegate selected nursing activities to other healthcare workers, but retains accountability and responsibility for the overall nursing care. Supervising staff along with the continuous evaluation of patient care needs and implementation of plan of care by direct care or supervision of LPN or receptionist. Must have current North Dakota RN license.
