Primary Responsibilities: Will be responsible for patient satisfaction and advancing the mission and values of St. Anthony's in each interaction with patients, coworkers, other SAMC staff. Must have excellent customer service experience and have shown committment to previous employer/s. Must have strong team skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Must have apptitude to use computer based lab programs Must be capable of dealing effectively with persons from varying backgrounds and be able to handle confidential information. Must have 1 year previous phlebotomy experience with the past 3 years Working knowledge of Word and Excel preferred.
