Patient Account Specialist

Seeking Patient Account Specialist with previous medical office/billing experience for Rush-Copley Medical Group's Central Billing Office Primary responsibility includes but is not limited to providing financial counseling to patients following established office guidelines. This position requires strong knowledge of insurance plans (including Medicare and Medicaid) and their limitations and CPT/ICD9 coding. The ideal candidate must be energetic, well organized, have excellent attention to detail, work well under pressure and project a professional company image through phone interaction Bilingual a plus (Spanish/English).
